Handling seven subordinates in the Accounts department, Involvement in Routine accounting functions right from vouchers preparation till Accounts books' Maintenance and finalization of Accounts. Generation of MIS reports such as collections/ Revenues generated in the entire plant, expenses being incurred on various accounting heads, updating of overseas buyers' database, segment reporting. Strict compliance of statutory duties like sales tax, value Added tax, income tax and service tax including returns and assessments etc. Drafting of contracts with administrative vendors, day-to-day administration in the plant office, billing & excise docs. in the plant, ageing - analysis, looking after finance in the entire plant, follow-up for with the vendors, coordination with the sales team regarding dispatching shipment in time, compilation and finalization of profit and loss Account, balance sheet and cash flows of the plant on monthly basis, preparation of the pay-roll of the plant employees & workers (App.1700 workers), control wages & salary distribution, tax planning for the employees, controlling of expenses, preparation of the annual budgets for the region and getting approval from CMD. Dealing with statutory auditors and helping out the internal audit team in making the internal audit on quarterly basis, visiting head office in Patparganj Delhi and complete involvement in the finalization of the Accounts at head office level. Control overall inventory of the plant, procure raw material for plant also. Generation of systems and policies and making sure that the policies and overall rules are implemented properly in the Plant. Controlling three factories finance matter. Head Commercial Department at Plant & Handle Entire Commercial Functions, Like MIS, Logistics, Costing, Stores/Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management etc. With reporting to CMD. Handle all excise, sales tax, incometax, TDS relating matters.

Operational:-
(1) Team leader of Social Audit Team.
(2) Comply successfully several audits with out any N.C & Unannounced audit also. With Wallmart, Target, J.C.Penny, SGS, Beuro Veritas, P.W.C, Label works etc.
