Human Resource Department
1. Preparation of Job description and advertisements, Screening resumes, short-listing candidates through Job portals - Naukri and Monster, scheduling interviews also conducting preliminary interviews.
2. Maintains CV Database.
3. Preparation of Job offer letters and negotiation with candidates, involve in end to end recruitment process.
4. Undertaken verification of testimonials provided by the candidates at the joining.
5. Perform Joining Formalities - Job Induction, Bank account opening, Medical Insurance etc.
7. Coordination with Manpower Agencies (Local / Overseas) and preparing of Legal documents i.e (Demand order, Employment letter, and Power of attorney.etc).
