Responsible for end-to-end analysis, implementation and management of HR and recruitment
projects for various clients.
- Manage end -to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews with
hiring managers and contract negotiations.
- Coordinating with universities and vocational schools to post jobs and screen candidates.
- Ensure timely execution of all activities related to recruitment and selection.
- Forecast manpower requirement and implement strategies for recruitment.

Achievement:
- Planned, arranged and managed the assessment days within UAE and overseas and
successfully hired 1000+ candidates across retail, hospitality and park operations division
(50% locally and 50% from overseas) for Dubai Parks and Resorts
- Managed end to end recruitment for the client from receiving the mandate to onboarding
the candidates for various clients.
- Successfully assisted the internal DPR team to manage employee relations for the candidate
hired from overseas during the preopening stage.
- Awarded as the top performer (2nd place) of the month, for the month of July 2017.
Vendor Management:
- Manage all overseas and volume recruitment and onboarding for Al Futtaim
- Manage all external recruitment agencies (local and overseas); from preparing contracts to
clearing invoice payments.
- Manage the legal documentation process required for overseas recruitment.
- Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure smooth joining of the candidate.
- Conduct local recruitment days/assessment days
HR Analysis:
- Assist clients to development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
- Assist and guide HRBP’s and line manager to understand the new policies.
- Coordinating with finance, administration and operations team for developing and
implementing new policies.
- Assist in internal auditor to conduct HR internal audit
- Generating reports and dashboards for Regional Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Conduct research for best HR practices to constantly improve the HR processes.
- Create detailed nationalization report for clients
Recruitment
- Managed recruitment for mid to junior level staff across various business units.
- Liaise with HOD’s and HRBP’s for their HR and recruitment needs.
- Post jobs via sniper hire on various job portals.
- Conduct assessments for sales associates, sales representatives, technicians, and service
advisor roles.
- Conduct telephone/face to face interviews with candidates before short-listing them.
Achievements in Al Futtaim:
- Assisted the Regional Manager to set up the HR Vendor Management division by
researching the best practices and implemented the same across the business. This ensured
that the end to end process for engaging with an agency to conduct recruitment was
standardized throughout the organization.
- Assisted in renewing the process for hiring temporary candidates to ensure that the process
was easily understandable and implemented across all business units.
- Cleared invoices, worth AED 1.5 million, pending with talent acquisition by coordinating
with the finance team and HRBP’s.
- Successfully manage local recruitment days for M&S ToysRUs and Hertz.
