Operating primarily from Aggreko’s project office within the Suppliers facility in Yangzhou CHINA.
Weekly reporting to Head of Asia pacific operation about the supplier and sub supplier activities.
To "Police" all activities undertaken by the suppliers and their sub suppliers relating to the manufacturing.
Ensure 100 % on time delivery & product quality to customer.
Verification of adherence to the manufacturing quality plan activities at all stages.
Verification of timely ordering and receipt of raw materials to the Tier 1, 2 & Tier 3 Suppliers.
Verification of raw material quality & test certification to ensure adherence to specification & standards.
Assist Tier 1 supplier to preparing of process improvement documents (PFD, PFMEA, and CPL).
Verification of the manufacturing Process activity from Jig review, In- process, General assembles Paint inspection, Final inspection & PRA (Product Release Authorization).
Verification of Lloyds, BV, and DNV batch testing.
Verification of labour resource and activity levels in Sub Suppliers factory and to ensure the scheduled demand.
Conducting the various critical pressure tests for the fuel tanks.
Conducting the weekly Quality meeting with Suppliers.
Handling the supplier source change management.
Monitoring the sub supplier’s management team functions.
Introducing Quality Circle team, Continues improvement and CFT.
Handling about 23 sub supplier manufacturers & monitoring their Production, Quality & Delivery performance.
Inspection of sub supplier’s activities & assemblies including visits to sub supplier’s premises to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards.
Preparing & reviewing the sub supplier’s Quality Secure Plan, AOI, PPC, Inspection procedures, SOP, Rework Procedures, & Packaging Standards.
Verification of Supplier work procedures and process procedures.
Preparation & execution of Process & Product audit Plan for the Sub suppliers.
Conducting monthly Sub Suppliers Improvement meeting.
Conducting Sub Suppliers performance score card audit.
Handling new projects for the Fuel tanks & Pressure vessels.
Assist with local logistics and transporter to fix the issues at the factory and at the port.
