• Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of electrical power distribution and
lighting systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted facility operations.
• Manage and maintain LV/MV systems including 11kv/415v transformers, switchgears,
distribution panels, 1600kva generators, 50 to 200 kva UPS, ATS, APFC and emergency
power systems
• Oversee internal, external, façade, landscape, and emergency lighting systems and
associated Dali control systems
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities; troubleshoot
electrical faults to minimize downtime and service disruption.
• Ensure timely resolution of electrical issues in compliance with SLA response times and
KPI performance targets for PPM and CM.
• Monitor energy consumption and support energy efficiency and sustainability
initiatives.
• Manage technicians, supervisors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, safety
compliance, and adherence to approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, maintenance records, reports, and as-built
drawings.
• Provide electrical support during events and peak load conditions to ensure
uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct annual shutdown maintenance and testing of 11kV/415V dry-type
transformers, ACBs, REF relays, and MCCBs, UPS system (including battery backup
testing and internal resistance testing.)
• Issue work permits, risk assessments (RA), and method statements (MS) and ensure full
compliance with Qatar Electrical Codes, Kahramaa regulations, and HSE standards.
• LV Load sharing, switching and ATS operation with standby generator during
emergency and shutdown activity.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely
execution and completion of electrical works.

• Operation, Maintenance and testing of 11kv/433v ABB 2500kva distribution transformer
and its LV panel ACB, Protection relay (Which include all the routine test and primary
and secondary injection test)
• Prepared technical reports, assist in cost estimation, material specification, RA, Method
of Statement as per approved Qatar standard.
• Assisted and advised on technical purchase and liaised with 3rd party vendor for any
add on activity.

• 11kv/0.43kv, 2500kva Distribution transformer (Dry Type) and their secondary ACB, LV switchgear Operation and Maintenance.
• 3.3kv Water cooled chiller power and protection panel and their primary and secondary pump VFD O&M.
• 300 KW Cooling tower pump, 100KW Fire Fighting fan and their VFD and soft Starter O&M.
• VFD and Soft starters of various AHU, ERU, FCU and FAF, REF, SSF (Ventilation Fan) O&M including trouble shooting with control scheme.
• O&M and Troubleshooting of Star Delta and DOL starter.
• O&M of ATS, APFC, Central Battery System, Lighting Control Panel and Various Distribution Boards.
• O&M of 50kva to 200kva Online UPS for Emergency Load and Data Centre including Battery banks.
• Oversee internal, façade, external, landscape and emergency lights and its control system
• 2500kva Cummins DG operation and maintenance and Run test.

Role : Responsible for operation and maintenance of building electrical systems, including
PPM and CM of LV panels, MDB/SMDB, ACBs, MCCBs, ATS, APFC, online UPS, VFDs, motor
starters, load transfer systems, internal and façade lighting controls, emergency lighting,
street lighting, and high-mast floodlights.

Role: Operation and maintenance of electrical distribution and services for a large-scale
commercial mall. Served as Shift In-Charge for facility electrical operations, managing PPM
and CM of electrical assets including LV distribution panels, cooling tower distribution
panels, MCC panels, induction motors (DOL, star-delta, and soft starters), VFDs, ATS, and
load transfer systems.

Role: Maintenance of plant electrical distribution systems, LV panels & switchgear; testing,
troubleshooting, and maintenance of induction motors and their starters; and upkeep of plant
high-mast lighting systems.
