Mostly involved in scanning of Heritage collection (Newspapers, Maps, Rare Books and Manuscripts) and Processing of scanned digital data .
•Calibration of Eizo Monitors including creating own manual profile based on the requirements.
•Installing the Scanners (Zeutschel, Qidenus and i2S) applications and processing (Adobe Photoshop, lighting room and DigiFlow) applications.
•Creating different color profiles for all scanners.
•Scanning UTT (Universal Test Target) and checking with QM-Tool to find out the scanner to reach Metamorfoze standards.
•Scanning physical material in different angles like 90, 120 and 180 degrees based on the physical book opening.
•Involving in checking Quality of digital data based on the management request.
Operating, Mailing, Printing, Installations including Operating Systems.
•Working thorough with MS-Office and Good Typing Skills.
•Maintenance of Computerized Books of Accounts.
•Preparation of Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt & Journal Vouchers.
•Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors Ledger wise.
•Maintenance of Cash Book & Petty Cash Book.
•Monthly Bank Reconciliation with Statement.
Analyze the scanning material.
•Installing the digitization applications.
•Contributing ideas to improve outcome of the end product.
•Installing various types of scanners like i2s, Microbox, Atiz.
•Scanning, processing and publishing different types books and documents.
•Involved in quality control process.
•Interacting colleagues to share knowledge to develop the quality and increase the output

•Creating color calibration profile and doing white calibration in daily basis.
•Checking first level of Quality its include checking page numbers, color correction and Focus level.
•Processing digital data by using Adobe Photoshop and Digiflow workflow system.
•Checking second level of Quality its include checking Color profile, De-Skew, Noise level, sharpen level of text and dimensions of processed pages.
•Making searchable Pdfs using OCR technology by Abby Fine Reader.
•Coordinating with the team and discussing issues and solving.
•Taking responsibility to improve the quality
