Job Description: ➢ Ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of invoices along with the GRN and LPO for payments.
➢ Transmit the invoices to accounting department for payables.

➢ Generating item code for all new general item that been used in the hospital
➢ Monitoring stock in the main store and sub store thru the system and ensure an accurate inventory count
➢ Guides and assists departments on the requisitioning process for storeroom items
➢ Receiving material supplies from the supplier and counter check the expiration of the said item, quantity, physically checked and vice versa with the LPO.
➢ Issuing supplies to the end user as policies procedure and requirements.
➢ Proper filing of Invoices, LPO, GRN for internal use
➢ Processing the bar coding for the store room and labeling
➢ Audits receiving documents against original requisition to ensure that appropriate items were sent
➢ Assists in maintaining and monitoring the inventory control system
➢ Assists in resolving invoice discrepancies
➢ Maintains records of items order and received
➢ Capable in handling day to day store activities.
➢ Provide adequate supplies for the needs of the operation
➢ Follows-up on backorders with vendors and manufacturers
➢ Preparing the non stock requisition form
➢ Verifies and ensure that pricing on purchase orders is accurate
➢ Arrange properly the item in the store room
➢ And other office undertaking that may require for the smooth operation of the purchasing office and material department.

Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: To assist the registered nurse or nursing team in providing nursing care in the provision of indirect and limited direct care for patients. Care given to patients throughout the life span.

DIRECT PATIENT CARE: ➢ Provides general hygiene, personal care and activities of daily living for the patient under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
➢ Maintains a safe and clean environment for patient/ staff.
➢ Demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to render supervised care and services based on specific specialties- ortho, general medicine, gastro, general surgery etc.
➢ Responds promptly and positively to patients, families, co-workers, and all others in a respectful, courteous, and confidential manner.
➢ Performs a range of basic client care duties as directed in accordance with the client's individuality, abilities, culture and choices.
➢ Practices nursing in accordance with professional values and moral principles and maintains confidentiality as appropriate.


➢ Assists nurses in performing basic duties that are in line with the facility, Federal Department of Nursing and Ministry of Health (MOH) policies, procedures and standards.
➢ Assists the client with general hygiene and helps maintain a safe, clean environment using infection control practices.
➢ Provide information and observations to assist the staff nurse in planning nursing care.


➢ Reports client's problems and changes in his/her condition to team leaders or charge nurse.

INDIRECT CARE RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Ensures patient rooms are adequately stocked and prepared for patient
➢ Escort patients to other departments needed
➢ Acts as an interdepartmental courier
➢ Supports the effective functioning of unit routine, ie. Answers call bells, prepare charts etc.
➢ Performs additional duties as specified by Head Nurse or Charge Nurse
➢ Responds appropriately in crisis and emergency situation
➢ Assist Head Nurse and Materials department in the appropriate charging and stocking of ward materials on a daily basis.
➢ Under the direction of Head Nurse/ Registered Nurse cares for and cleans ward equipment and reports any malfunctions.
➢ Utilizes basic nursing equipment to obtain data and keeps them clean.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT (SAFETY, RISK MANAGEMENT)
➢ Educational: participates in staff development programs annually
➢ Under the direction of Head Nurse daily measures patient Satisfaction utilizing equipment provided.
➢ Documents appropriately as directed by JCIA.
➢ Participates in nursing Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives, in service education and unit meetings as assigned.
➢ Initiates emergency, safety practices and fire safety measures as necessary.
➢ Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: ➢ Demonstrate cooperation and respect among individuals/ departments in order to provide excellent customer service (internal and external)
➢ Attends customer service training.
➢ Demonstrates excellent telephone skills.
