• Fulfilled the role as team leader in both Filipino and Continental Kitchen.
• Hot Kitchen knowledge includes preparing Continental Cuisine, such as soups and main course. Cooking techniques such as roasting, grilling, sautéing, broiling and such.
• Cold Kitchen menus knowledge such as hot and cold salads, vegetable salads, pasta salads, cold cuts, cheese platter, sandwiches, canapés, hot and cold appetizers, Arabic mezze, (hummus, moutabel, tabouleh, baba ganoush), Japanese Cuisine (sushi, maki, sashimi) and fruit platters.

• Participated in Hygiene Trainings, Food Safety Trainings and Basic Safety in the Kitchen.
• Catered the 2011 World Petroleum Congress held in Doha last December 4, 2011. Plated 4, 500 dish including VVIP guests from starter, main course and dessert.
• Catered the 2011 Arab Games from December 9-23. Responsible in preparing, cooking and dispatching of food for 20 locations from Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and Dinner.
• Responsible in food preparations for banqueting functions including meals for staff.

• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meal

• Operate large - volume cooking equipment such as grills deep - fat fryers or griddles.
• Read food cook orders slips or receive verbal instruction as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instruction
• Monitor temperature of hot and cold foods through food preparation and service to ensure that established temperature goals are met prior to steam table transfer and maintained throughout meal service.
