• Responsible for the safety and security of the workers, contractors, suppliers and visitors, in construction projects developed by APM Terminals and A.P. Møller - Mærsk in various places in the world.
• Construction projects with an approximate work population of 1800 to 2000 workers.
• Experience in projects of more than 400, 000 square meters with a cost exceeding 600 million dollars.
• Establish a technical skill track for a variety of HSE professional needs including Industrial hygienists, System HSE, Construction HSE, and health physicists
• Engage in specific project and office locations to resolve complex problems, support training, and support meeting critical milestones
• Engage in supporting HSE policy and procedure development for implementation specific to company needs
• Ensure global mandatory training requirements are consistently met, and develop regional customization and implementation planning
• Participate in presentations, internal presentations, weekly HSE conference calls, and other communications.
• Develop HSE reports (i.e. monthly board reports) and communications (i.e. Alerts) to disseminate incidents, lessons learned and best practices
• Verbally notify the Director of HSE of serious incidents (including days away from work)
• Provide acquisition support by defining resources required to support Region-specific due diligence and transition efforts
• Take personal ownership and responsibility for protecting people from harm, and for developing strategies that drive performance and support continuous improvement
• Own and maintain open communication with the Manning Director to provide technical resource guidance, to ensure alignment, and to assure consistent implementation of HSE process tools that support company HSE strategic plans and objectives
• Participate in company HSE business plan development and monitors performance for effective implementation; Drive consistency in implementation of HSE Mandates
• Work with Area HSE Managers to ensure alignment with operations and construction
• Support Area HSE managers by monitoring and analyzing HSE performance to identify improvement opportunities and advancement
• Support specific Realizing Zero - Zero Harm Culture HSE initiatives to drive optimum HSE performance
• Provide HSE indoctrination and orientation for key HSE professional hires and operational counterparts.
• Participate in Global HSE Committee by taking subcommittee assignments on an as needed basis; communicate committee's activities, actions and meeting information to company counterparts
• Manage recognition and awards programs; support selection of qualified projects and offices
• Network with industry associations, companies, Safety professionals and regulatory bodies. Benchmark against industry and company standards
• Develop, administer and monitor budgets for assigned Region and corporate responsibility

• Initiate and organize HSS training of employees and executives
• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
• Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker's compensation claims
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

The object of study of the career of Criminological Sciences is the study of criminal phenomena and violence, from an interdisciplinary and critical perspective, in order to develop effective strategies that facilitate their understanding, treatment and containment, from prevention and research scientific and criminal. At the baccalaureate level, the major objective of the degree is to understand the notions and principles necessary for understanding and explaining the phenomenon of crime and violence, from an interdisciplinary and critical perspective. The aim of the Degree in Criminology is to deepen the knowledge of Criminology with a view to professionalizing and executing specialized interventions in the treatment, containment, prevention and investigation of crime.
