Project Manager and Site manager for project supervision line assembly in Singapore of a line of automatic painting by means of conveyor system and use of robots for painting.
Also, the design and the assembly of all the steel structure support for the conveyor system, curing ovens, dryers, and cabin booths, covering a total area of 1 km2. All the steel structures are bolt joined and is a three-level steel structure. Duration of the project 6 months. Project budget 5 M €.
Participation in the design and development of the entire line. construction of plans and structural calculations.
During the project visits have been made to suppliers to evaluate qualities of products to be supplied during the assembly of the plant.
Equipment assembled during the installation, ovens, dryers, painting booths, painting robots, conveyor system, blowers, AHU, RAHU, Ducts systems, cleaning tunnels, …
Commissioning (cold and hot) and plant start up.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
start the project with two months delay due to the execution of civil works and manage to deliver the project one month before deadline.
