Responsibilities:

•Joint inspection and signature with client on delivery notes for dispatch of Galvanized material.
•Daily galvanizing parameters monitoring.
•To ensure that the daily inspections are carried in accordance to the Standard Quality plan & Quality procedures.
•Verification of Galvanized Material in compliance with applicable codes, standards, test and clients requirements.
•Work along with the production team to control zinc consumption.
•Specification and installation procedure and material storage procedure is properly implemented.
•Vendor Inspection activities regarding Painted and Hot dip Galvanized Heavy steel structure materials and accessories such as steel columns, beams, girders, handrails and stairs and to ensure materials used are as per approved contract.
•Maintaining quality standards for incoming/ outgoing materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices and reviewing material test certificates.
•Develop report and maintain communication with all Owner's Engineer /sub-contractors.
•Certified Internal ISO auditor for IMS.
•Painting Inspection as per standard / required specification.
•Conducting & Reviewing various Non Destructive Tests, Procedures & NDT reports as per Standard.
•Analyzing & Handling customer/site claims.
•Raw material inspection and MTC verification as per standard
