Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.
Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans including geotechnical, wind and hydrology analyses.
Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.

- Fixing targets for projects (Weekly & Monthly) & maintain optimum use of
recourses and curtail expenses.
- Making CPM Chart for the new projects using Primavera
- Making Quality systems for the execution of Projects

- Lead Structural construction activities by co-ordinate with consultant
and subcontractors.
- Making program weekly and monthly based on final completion targets
- Checking quality of work as per the company quality plan
- Liasoning with clients & marketing department in case of any
modifications
