Job Responsibilities
1. Performs a variety of personnel and admin. duties essential for the effective operation of the Human Resources Department and is accountable to maintain strict confidence of tasks accomplished.

2. Involved in various human resources functions including HR Administration, employees' payroll, leaves of all types, designing relevant H. R. forms, initiating and conducting hospital-wide general orientation programme. Actively involved in the recruitment process, preparation of recruitment agreements, job orders, power of attorney, etc. Maintains monthly record of payroll, active manpower, staff movements and internal transfers. Drafting job descriptions of both clinical and non-clinical positions. Follows-up on performance evaluations and appraisals. Involved in salary administration, including payroll, overtime, end of service benefits, etc.

3. Preparing and Updating the Human resources policies and procedures, in accordance with the Kuwait Labour Laws.

4. Updating the Company Grade and Salary structure / Authority Matrix, Job Descriptions.

5. Acts as the Leader to the Department's Taskforce Committee and involved in the preparation of numerous JCIA Healthcare Standards and policies.
