Designation: Electrical / ElectronicsEngineer (From Sep 2013 to Till June 2022) I lead a team of 2 electrical sales engineers handling our companies electrical products which include lighting fixtures, LED products, Communication cables, Fiber Optic cables, Wiring devices, domestic electrical cables, MV & LV cables meant for oil field clients, Cable accessories, instrumentation products used in Oil field and Ministry of Electricity & Water, Kuwait. Our department's clients include KOC, KNPC, MEW and private companies. Highest revenue was generated from KOC & KNPC and our biggest number of Public Tender successes came from KOC. I regularly visited electrical trade exhibitions held in UAE & China to update myself and our department with new products, suppliers and business opportunities. I have reasonable knowledge of Shipping procedures, its service providers, Ministry regulation for Customs clearance, certifications required for Conformity in Kuwait. Review the tender document for technical specification requirements. Prepare compliance statements for tender requirements with the authorized company brands and from other Kuwait authorized agents.

●Cable Accessories - SUMIP india, Raychem, CMP Isolate deviations, if any with respect to tender requirements. Check out for the standards / codes required in the tender document. Compile precise technical data for deviations and contact the concerned technical team of the manufacturer for clarification. Check if improvement / modification of the product is approved from them without any additional cost and request for a fresh technical ofer/estimate sheet from them. If it requires additional cost, prepare fresh costing and check for financial viability. If it is negative check for other brands available in the market. Prepare Bill of Quantities(BOQ) & Project Estimate for the said systems for the project. Make sure that no system hinders any other systems normal operation or maintenance as much as possible. Take separate ofer sheets from the respective manufactures for the concerned project. Document everything and proceed for approval from the GM for pricing. Visit project consultant & site engineers for their approvals. Respond to their queries promptly and accurately by teaming with the respective manufacturer. Once the project is awarded, follow up till BOQ is delivered at the site, installed and completion certificate is issued. Experience in trading in mechanical trading : From 2019 onwards, had good business in valves & flanges trading.
