Senior Consumer Lending Officer•Colleague
Jalal and I have been friends for more than ten years. We worked together in several social events whether participating or organizing, and in that I have to admit that Jalal always showed the will and the way to accomplish what is required with sense of responsibility and high level of control. Needless to say that Jalal has a great personality and exceptional way of thinking, Jalal has always new dreams to seek and plans to work on, and I can guarantee that Jalal is one of these people who always have a higher level to achieve whether in work, education or life. For that and more, I highly recommend Jalal having faith in him and in what he has of skills and abilities.

It has been about 11 years since I have known Jalal as a close friend. I was first introduced to Jalal, when I joined a scout group in Syria, where he was an old and active member of that group, and I had worked with him closely when he became one of the leaders of the group four years ago. I also had the chance to work with him for a short period in MTN-Syria during the handing-over phase of my work when I recommended him to succeed me after my resignation to join another company. Jalal is one of the most disciplined and punctual people I have ever known. His ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions and the appreciation of his managers speaks volumes about his hard work. During the years we spent in the scout and the days in handing-over, he has worked hard and demonstrated excellent team spirit and leadership skills. In general Jalal is a compassionate and hardworking human being with perseverance and ambition. I think he is a deserving candidate for a reputable organization and would be a great value addition to any organization he would join. I strongly recommend Jalal and am available for any further details you wish to know about him.

I worked with Jalal in the Administration Division at MTN Syria for a while. Though we were in different departments, I was able to closely observe what a fine and persistent employee he is, taking into consideration that he had no previous on-the-job-experience. In no time, he succeeded in mastering his duties and abiding by responsibilities he was accountable for, with excellent precision and timely manner; he even became a mentor in various issues. Above all, he enjoys team spirit and positive attitude, that is why I highly recommend him and think that he is a valuable asset wherever he goes.
