To analyze approved drawings, specifications and contracts to meet the requirement of design
•Managing productivity and quality of output of the site operatives
•Acting as a management representative for site activities
•To carry out other relevant tasks from time to time as per scheduled programs.

Responsibilities
•Act as a management representative for site works.
•Manage the productivity and quality of the output of the site operatives.
•Carry out other relevant tasks from time to time as per scheduled program.
•Resolve any immediate site operative issues both technical and organizational.
•Coordinate logistics and material requirements of site operatives.
•Resolve possible conflicts with other site representatives.
•Liaise with the project planner, construction manager and other construction affiliates to produce project plans and estimated resource requirements.
•Ensuring the accurate and regular progress updates under take site visits during. Engineering hours as required to full fill job requirements.
•Escalate and report issues to the project manager as soon as such are apparent.
•Carry out other relevant tasks from time to time as requested by the project manager/construction manage
•HSE application at site.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and conformance to design specifications, safety and health standards.
•Planning with project manager to enforce the progress and meet the dead line.
•Arrangement of equipments and machinery for site.
