• Prepare the method statements for MEP works in the project.
• Supervise the execution of work in different utilities as per approved ITP and Risk assessment.
• Execute the work as per approved IFC / Shop Drawing, select the material and equipment.
• Follow up the technical department for the approval of material submittal, the procurement department for LPOs in order to receive it in the store.
• Advise the store for the critical store limit.
• Report to the project manager the progress and the requirement.
• Attend the progress meeting and conduct the pre-construction / daily meeting to the engineers.
• Lease with QAQC team to keep project KPIs acceptable.
• Take the action on site to close the non-conformities (NCR) as per approved proposal and corrective action.
• Supervise the MEP Sub-contractor when applicable.
• Lease with QAQC team to submit and approve the operation and maintenance manuals in MEP.
• Coordinate the MEP testing and commissioning activities.
• Conduct meetings with consultant to execute work following the requirement and approved submissions.
Prepare quotations for electrical and mechanical Items & Brands
as per project requirement.
* Technical studies for projects and prepare the quantities and
selections.
* Attend the workshops and clients office for technical meetings
as a sales representative.
* Coordinate the factories for technical submittals.
– MASTER OF ENGINEERING DEGREE – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - Lebanese University – Faculty of Engineering III (Equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an Ontario university, as determined by World Education Services in Toronto, ON)
