- Cooperative Surplus Distribution:

o Tracking, recording, and reconciling Cooperative Surplus Distribution.

o Managed to consolidate, organize, and reconcile all previous years’ disordered surplus data, as well as automate the recording and tracking of the surplus releases and payments.

- Head Office Role:

o Central communication between the function and the rest of the organization.

o Consolidating, analysing, and tracking all reports coming from field supervisors, and the merchandising agency.

o Managing, tracking & reporting stocks in promotional material warehouse.

o Created a single report that reflects and scores all trade aspects (e.g. shelf share, stocks availability, BDAs, planograms, cross merchandising, etc) and gives a comprehensive view of the trade to the management.

- Field Role:

o Leading the third-part merchandising team to ensure proper and timely implementation of promotions, as well as secure and increase share of shelf in the trade.

o Supporting sales & sales development teams implement their projects in the trade by rearranging the team to provide the needed manpower, obtain store approvals, and other logistics while maintaining maximum merchandising availability in the rest of the trade.

o Preparing supplier payments and ensuring that all suppliers (Local & International) are accurately and duly paid in accordance with the agreements in place, and in adherence to the relevant company policies and procedures.

o Preparing staff payments and ensuring the legitimacy of all operational expenses claimed by employees, as well as the eligibility of the employee claiming such expenses, in accordance with the HR policy.

o Monthly reconciliation of the prepayment accounts, amortization, and accruals.

o Prepare WithHolding Tax Return (WTR) Provisions regarding taxable international payments, and coordinate with external auditors to process accurate and duly payments to GAZT.

o Translation of various letters and reports from/to several governmental organizations (e.g. SAMA, CCHI, GAZT, and Tadawul) and audit firms.

- The main role was to process daily reimbursement-claims payments accurately and on a timely manner.
- Prepare full bank reconciliation for the reimbursement payments bank account against the GL, on a daily basis.
- Provide continuous assistance to various departments related to reimbursement claims.
