o Deploying the Network Engineering Platform (NEP) at customer premises, integrating different vendor equipment in the tool (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Alcatel, ZTE, Cisco, NEC etc.) and testing end-to-end results
o Customer interface in Omantel and Zain (Kuwait), representing the company and supporting the customer to meet the needed requests and requirements on the project.
o Studying the functionality of different vendor’s network and transmission equipment (BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, BSC, RNC, Router, Ethernet Switch, IDU-MW, ADM-SDH, WDM, etc.) and writing their functional requirements specifications (FRS) covering most domains and technologies (RAN, CORE CS/PS/IMS, Transmission etc.)
o Equipment modeling, modification and updates for the equipment types in NEP catalogue.
o Customer support and follow up for better performance and satisfaction.
o Meeting customer requests and new requirements and reporting to Dev team.
o Follow up with customer to provide the requested dumps.
o Analyze customer’s dumps.
o Import Customer data into NEP.
o Testing and QA end-to-end results, and bug reporting in JIRA.
o Documentation development and scope management.

Drive Test Engineer (2G, U900, 3G and 4G network)

Perform field testing and gathering log files using different equipment/drive test tools measuring the performance of signal coverage and quality of indoor and outdoor base station sites.
Analysis of drive test data. Determine and implement required changes and improvements based on optimization data
Analyzing and optimizing soft, softer, hard handovers through proper neighbor relationships of 3G-3G, 3G-2G.
Analyzing Call setup success, Call Drop, and Neighbor Verification.
Responsible for KPI’s monitoring.
Verify the network, site functioning properly, antenna positions, antenna directions or tilt and swapped feeders.
Collect scanner data (SC, RSCP and Ec/No, RSSI)
Analyzing 3G logs using Genex probe assistant.
Delivering analysis reports towards customer complaints then provide solution and recommendation.
Collect throughput data regarding(RSRP reference signal receive power and SINR signal to noise ratio and CQI channel quality indicator) for 4G LTE

    Tools:
- Genex Probe/Assistant software for Huawei sites.
- TEMS software for ZTE (2G) and ERICSSON (3G)
- Nemo outdoor for ERICSSON (4G LTE)

Transmission Engineer “Team leader”.

Installation of the needed equipment as like microwave links, alignment, configuration and troubleshooting. Using Mini Link-Craft for Ericsson Links configuration.

Worked on FAC “Site acceptance” project for Touch.
As like Microwave link dismantle with the IF / Power cables and the transmission equipment. Checking all the possible snags as like groundings, cables cross, labeling, Feeder boots...
Also friendly with the telecommunications equipment in RF field such as RRU’s and RFU’s, BBU’s, RTN’s, antenna’s (readings: electrical and mechanical tilts, azimuth, wave pattern and coverage)...Etc.
