Team leader for 6 windows server administrators, supporting 800+ windows servers and core Microsoft products. Technical coordinator & implementer of PCI guidelines for Windows infrastructure. Effectively handling PCI, Internal, SAMA, and Tadawul Audits. Implementing recommended solutions to fix vulnerabilities & Hardening Windows.
Acting as the Project Manager for assigned projects. Providing 3rd level IT support for Microsoft products across the bank internationally, i.e. 12, 000+ workstations, 800+ servers in 3 countries, KSA, Kuwait & Jordon. Active Directory Infrastructure Administration, Maintenance & Support for ARBANK domain spread across 5 sites and 3 countries KSA, Kuwait & Jordon.
Microsoft TMG/ISA & bluecoatSG proxy infrastructure administration, maintenance & support for multiple proxy arrays in different sites and countries. Supporting, maintaining other critical Microsoft applications AD RMS, Microsoft KMS, Microsoft SharePoint department site, NexThink, Host Front (Host Emulation software) etc. Backup to the Exchange Admin for Exchange Administration, maintenance & Support. SQL Database cluster installations and configurations.
Organize POCs & submit recommendations to Management, provide Support for all Microsoft based products used by the bank. Provide On-Call support for servers, service outages, infrastructure issues and other server hardware/software issues. Maintain, support & troubleshoot windows servers. Prepare and maintain all infrastructure documentations, which includes installation, design, system recovery, disaster recovery & other documentation.
Acting support manager for ACS - Arabsoft support center which provides support for Microsoft, Citrix and RightFax products. Prepare and maintain Support center policy, procedure and process related documentations.
Core area of work included Microsoft, Citrix & RightFax Product Consultancy & Support.
Deliver training on Citrix and RightFax products for clients (NCB, AR-Riyadh development authority, Ministry of tourism and many other clients.)
Perform Active Directory, Exchange, RightFax health checks for customers. Provide Technical support on Microsoft Products Mainly Active directory, Exchange, Windows OS related issues, Citrix and RightFax.
Perform technical Pre-sales. Respond to RFPs, Create Proposals, Provide technical solutions addressing customer pain areas, Support customers with RFC activities.
Represented Microsoft Arabia in Saudi Aramco and SABIC and engaged with Enterprise customers like Saudi Aramco, NCB, Riyad Bank, ALJ, Olayan, Zamil, Pepsi co., ministry of education, Ar-riyadh development authority, etc. as ACS consultant.
