Senior Mechanical Engineer: A new cogeneration plant under construction by TRG at eastern province of Saudi Arabia in MANIFA, from Day to Day following up the contractor about the progress as per the scheduled plan for the mechanical activities, also ensure the effective implementation of safety procedures as per ARAMCO standards and perform weekly safety walkthrough, also handle the fire system construction and make daily inspection for all the fire equipment before the concreting and updating SAP system
Warehousing inventory control specialist as below:
• Ensure effective implementation of stores procedures
• work in close coordination with accounts and admin dept
• Ensure the quality of materials
• Receive and verify materials
• Material encoding and updating the system also create item # for the new items
• Performing the annual stock count physically and update the system then reporting to management
• Deal with all the inventory module in the system such as create, transfer, bin no, issuance, return, description correction, reconcile balance, physical count ..... etc
• Deal with all the procurement module in the system such as PR, PO, GRN .... etc
• Carry out the lifting tools activities such as inspection / send to certification / issuance and registration as per the OSHA standards
• inventory controlling of Sensitive equipment
* valve overhauling
* repair line leakage such as pipes or flanges
* corrosion fighting
* monthly reporting
* comply with safety procedures and perform weekly safety walkthrough
* Carry out the lifting tools activities such as inspection / send for certification / issuance and registration
*Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on work priority-quantity of equipment and skill of personnel
*Monitor team' work levels and review work performance
* Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition
*Develop, implement, evaluate maintenance policies and procedures
*Requisition materials and supplies such as tools, equipment, replacement parts
*ensure compliance with safety procedure
* daily chemical refilling
* valve overhauling
* repair line leakage such as pipe or flange
* wellhead oil sample collection
* transferring oil from tank to tank in case of maintenance
* corrosion fighting
* preparing the monthly report
* oil spilling control
