MAJOR LEAN PROJECT DEPLOYMENTS:
•SEEF HOTEL & Resort (Commercial project in progress):
Achievement: In progress of project for all the LV.MV and HV works.
Responsibilities:
•Execution of lighting and Power circuits as per NEC and client specs.
•Installation and commissioning of Transformer, RMU, HFU.
•Execution of cable tray and cable trucking as per drawings.
•Preparation of Panel schedules with load calculation based on the requirements.
•Preparation of Daily work program.
•MAS & DWG approval from Consultant.
•Installation of Fire Alarm system.
•Quantities work out as required.
•Procurement of Material Following.
•Cost control, Project management.
•Carrying out Man force as per the project value.
•Work status update on daily basis.
•Designing of electrical M.V, L.V and Low current site layouts.
•Fully responsible for executing all the cable pulling and Panel terminations
•Co-ordination with Structural, architectural, surveyor, & mechanical Departments to solve the various MEP issues.
•Moreover sometimes preparing and executing the MIR’s & RFI’s and closing the NCR’s for the site works in the absence of Q.C.

Achievement: Successfully completed the Project with all MEP services including substation rooms, and all service buildings and roads within the time. All of this was achieved with the highly qualified team.
Responsibilities:

•Installation and commissioning of Transformer, RMU, HFU.
