Assisting JICA Experts to arrange DRR Mainstreaming Workshops for Districts and Town/Tehsil Planners at various districts.
•Facilitating JICA Experts to conduct surveys for various hazards and risk assessments.
•Coordinating with Implementing Partners (NGOs) for all activities of the pilot trainings.
•Assisting JICA Experts and Implementing Partners (NGOs) to implement TOT (training of trainers) training in Islamabad and other districts.
•Assisting JICA Experts to gather additional information for "Human Resource Development Plan on Disaster Management"

•Overall responsibility is to train Govt. institutions and local communities about Disaster Risk Reduction.
•Create linkages with local Govt. institutions and community for execution of training programme.
•Design training contents, modules, update curriculum and prepare teaching aids for the training.
•Coordinate District DRM Programme Coordinator and develop comprehensive training programme.
•Conduct TNA for training programme and develop programme synopsis.
•Oversee registration and selection of volunteers for training, training logistics etc.
•Ensure the activities of training programme or carried out as planned and the recourses required are available.
•Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders.(Govt, NGOs, INGOs)for all activities of the training
•Assist District DRM programme Coordinator in introducing communities concerns regarding the disaster management training and education and other tasks. (Finance, planning and documentation).
