Procurement, Tenders & Contracts Division
Main Responsibility:
1. Tender preparation, floating and clarifications.
2. Advising on the Conditions of Contract for tenders.
3. Attending negotiation meetings during tenders.
4. Supervising tenders floating for subcontractors.
5. Submitting the document to the tender comity for the approval.
6. Finalizing contract documents with the clients and supervising the preparation of
contract documents for subcontractors.
7. Preparing the final, signed contract between the WRM and (consultant, contractor).
8. Following the variation order in case of any changes of any request from the end-
user.
9. Preparing the final recommendation of PTC, to Tenders and auctions comity (TAC)
in western region municipality.
10.Following and preparing the variations orders of the final contract by approving the
TAC comity.
Projects Management Office
1. Develop and direct the staff to work and develop action plans strategy.
2. Verification of the physical and technical issues to work.
3. Stimulate and guide the team and professional support.
4. Maintain good relations with all serious customers and the executive contacts.
5. Ensure encourage accounts details and follow-up bank statements.
6. Accurate registration of service times, job costing and billing in the service
department.
7. Escalation of operational issues to senior management.
8. Maintain proactive in the development and retention of key customer accounts.
9. Maintain effective control over the expenditure by checking regularly
management accounts and comparisons with budgets.
10.Conduct inspections and audits quarterly stores bills
An Establishment for horizontal direction drilling and general transportation in Abu
Dhabi as Operations Co-coordinator& Projects Engineer: to follow the issues below
from April 2010 till Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to
completion.
Main Responsibility:
a) Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams.
b) Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.
c) Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
d) Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
e) Responsible for the completion of all documentation.
f) Producing Test Plans and reports.
g) Prepare contract documentation for procurement services and materials.
h) Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations.
i) Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.
An International Company Specialized in improving the soil Conditions of the Sand by
using Vibro Compaction method in deep compaction and special equipments for
surface compaction (Broons and land Pac).
a) In-charge of the site, managing all the operations carrying out on the site, controlling
the cranes mobilization and the other equipment.

Improving and development the production, admin the productions
operations, finding solutions of problems which we are facing during
the work.
b) Admin Reporting to high management (daily reports), planning to work in the next
area by the project manager advice.
c) Submitting handing over area report the Project Management,
d) Revising the drawings and the next task job.
Site Operation Coordinator
a) Controlling the Cranes in the site, following the method of compaction for the sand
with Vibro and suggesting the procedure of the work according the Nature of the
Area.
b) Submitting reports of the Cranes and production, (Jean lutes which show how many
points had been done, the Depth of the Vibro, the wasted Amperes During the work,
and the quality of the work and penetration).
