Manage the full recruitment cycle

Designsing, develops the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Designsinng the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
Research and choose job advertising options.
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Keep track of recruiting metrics, ATS, goodly, & Cavaal,
Searching resume databases and portfolio sites.
Using linkedin and other search options to find qualified candidates.
Implement new sourcing methods.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Participate in job fairs and career events.
Assist in developing retention programs and creating a candidate feedback loop to reduce turnover and build the internal applicant pool for development.

Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
Measuring the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics software.
Revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.
Verify references and conduct background checks on job candidates.
Provide applicants with information regarding compensation, job benefits, and working conditions.
Use human resources management software to prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfers, or termination.
Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance.
Conduct interviews and review applications to match candidates with job requirements.
