This project comprises of the viaducts construction using the PSM (precast segmental method) and BCM (balanced cantilever method) for the Riyadh Metro project package "3". The Lines included in this contract are Lines (4) and (6), each line consists of two elevated bridges "viaducts".
Ministry of Housing Project -North Jeddah Airport site
This project located on the Jeddah north of the airport consists of all infrastructure utilities such (Storm drainage, Sewer drainage, Potable network, TSE, Low voltage network, Medium voltage Network) with road and side walk.
The area will be used as a new housing district for Saudi citizens.
The Headquarters Business Park Project.
This project located on the Jeddah Corniche consists of the West Tower that consists of 56 floors rising 250m from the ground level and an East Tower consisting of 17 floors and a central podium consisting of 8 floors for parking space for a total built up area of 165, 000m².
The building will be used as office space with state of the art smart systems pre-installed.
GEMS World Academy School at King Abdullah Economic City - Rabigh with EMAAR the Economic City as the developer of the whole city
The project is composed of classrooms, laboratories, administrative office state of the art auditorium for 650 students and extensive courtyard. The structural strategy was vital in the construction to meet the limited completion duration and it was done using Freyssinet expertise in post tension concrete flat slab system. In addition to that the external walls of the building were made of precast sandwich panels that are fabricated on site.
Business Park Project at King Abdullah Economic City - Rabigh with EMAAR the Economic City as the developer of the city
A commercial complex consisting of two level underground car park for 3, 200 cars and five office towers of 7 & 9 stories above the podium which house EMAAR company headquarter & Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority SAGIA headquarter including a restaurant building and a day care center with external stone cladding and structural glazing facades and high quality internal finishing with extensive external works of landscape, hardscape and water features.
Aliat Al-Madinah Mall Project -Madinah
This shopping mall considered the largest shopping mall in the holy city of Madinah, sits on an area of 300, 000 m2. The mall consists of a hypermarket, 14 anchor stores, food court area, fun zone area and retail shops for a total built up area of 100, 000 m2 in addition to a parking area surrounding the mall for more than 3000 cars. This mall is expected to become one of the landmarks of the holy city of Madinah that is visited every year by millions of people from all over the world.
International Medical Center Hospital - Jeddah
A sophisticated and luxurious hospital located on Hail Street considered to be one of the best and most luxurious hospitals in the Middle East with a total built up area of 63, 000 m2 with a capacity of 220 beds containing all specialties. The hospital features Islamic architecture with highest quality finishing such as Islamic crafted stone cladding, wood roshans and different marble patterns.
