• Searching for new clients, traveling to visit potential clients.
• Survey on the new projects in all over UAE.
• Make a Full quotation for our clients after managing client’s requirements.
• Analyze the cost and the sales offers.
• Negotiate to close our deal.
• Meet consultants & clients for any clarifications needed on our material submittals and to add our materials brands to their vendor list.
• Studying the Market for our materials and studying competitor’s prices to provide Best quality and lower prices in our market.
• Helping in the design, making technical wise to our clients and support with training.
• Build an excellent reputation and try to be the best supplier in the region by giving after sales services and to keep contact with our old clients.
• Manage payment collection and act as intermediary between our accountant department and our clients.
• Prepare detailed estimates for projects- Commercial estimates and proposal.
• Preparing the forecasts of materials used for the projects.
• Preparing the bill of quantities issued for production
• Preparing the detailed costing.
• To keep up excellent coordination between the Procurement and Technical Sections
• Deal with the suppliers.
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
• Follow up with the clients after sending the proposal
