 Project: Saudi National Guard Housing
SANG project is a large scale housing project for the Saudi Arabian National Guard’s officers and soldiers, an expansive project in Khashm Ala’an area, East of Riyadh.
Saudi Oger Ltd scope includes the design, manufacture, and installation of precast villas. The land area allocated for the residential community will spread across an approximate 8.5 million m2, upon completion of SANG project, it will consist of 6000 Pre-Cast villas. Total value of the project reached to SR 7 Billion

Duties and responsibilities includes ( but not limited to ) :
 Reviewing tender documents including construction plan, scope of work, specifications and drawings.
 Review quotations received from the vendors in line with technical specifications, price & delivery date.
 Interface with planning manager to plan and prioritize purchasing, job activities and material delivery schedule based on construction sequence.
 Follow up with the consultant until obtaining final approval of the procurement plan.
 Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier including POC’s, contracts, work orders etc.
 Follow up with suppliers and main stores to track order acknowledgements, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to construction team.
 Track orders and confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
 Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until materials are delivered and orders are closed.
 Supervising materials management- planning, scheduling and consolidation.

 Private Project- Sameriyah Resort
Sameriyah Resort is a privately owned resort that is built on approximately 900, 000 m², this project used the latest technological engineering concepts, such would be telecommunication system as well as entertainment centers (i.e. Cinema, theater, multipurpose hall). Total value of the project reached to SR 1.25 Billion
 Systems: Medium Voltage( RMU, Switch Gears, Transformers), ATS, Low Voltage, Generators, Dimming Systems, Fire Alarm, CCTV, MATV, Public Address, Data, Telephone, Audio Video Systems, Road Blockers, Bollard Blockers & Gate Barriers.
 Design for low voltage distribution, CCTV, MATV, landscape light design.
 Checking and approving shop drawings received form subcontractors and supervising the work execution.
 Approving material submittals in coordination with the client taking into account coordination with other discipline of the project.
 Site inspection, testing & commissioning in coordination with QA/QC inspectors.
 Team leader of the electrical team for contingency plans, this includes assigning tasks to each team member based on a previously prepared plan.
