• Gained 4.5% volume growth during the tenure.
• Achieved 8% volume growth by capturing industrial canteens of Faisalabad market. Value added services were given like enhanced DRs Frequency and merchandising was executed to exploit this very segment.
• Ignored segment of scattered wholesale was explored and developed a special program which contributed 6% volume growth.
• Special focus was given to capture Petro-marts and CNG stations in terms of merchandising and stock availability as these are the most frequently visited shops where shoppers can be influenced through impulsive buying.
• Uplifted the distributor shops of Faisalabad area to give a nicer look which enhanced the efficiency and efficacy not only the business but also was the main source of motivation for team as well.
• Marlboro launch plan was redefined to very minute detail which helped in successful launch with in the area. Later on these learning’s was shared and lauded at national level.
To monitor indirect Sales Issuse related to franchises and distribution network, also monitor the dirct sales of the company.

The cousre i finished at Coventry University related to Marketing managment. In this cousre i learn about marketing application and thories. i learn about markting communication, consumer behavior and advertising. My dissertation topic was related to celebrity endorsment and consumer buying behavior. i analyze the impact of celebrity endorsement on consumer buying behavior towards sportswear product.
During the cousre, i gained lot of knowledge regarding marketing and sales through academics and various projects. The main projects i did during the course related to the brand portfolio of British American Tobacco and Lakson Tobacco. The advertising strategy adopt by the bristish Ameriacn Tobacco also discuss in the project.i also did various internship during the course, my first internship at ICI, Paint Pakistan. In this internship i work on the project assigned by the company. In this project main focus point was to indentify the problems faced by newly launch brand kidzon and develop the recommendation for improvement the brand sales in the target market. My second internship at Pakistan state Oil, here i work on the project related to the company owned and company operated sites, mainly to draw the problems and give useful recommendation to improve the operations and enhance the company sales.
