• Set Up company s central warehouse in Jadaf Dubai. Planned and organized warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and optimize workflow. Ensure that products are handled, stored, picked, and shipped in accordance to 6S standards.
• Supervision of all warehouse operations i.e. receiving, storage, dispatches, cycle counts, audit, oracle system processes, documentation etc. Allocation of work to warehouse team accordingly.
• Formulation and implementation of warehouse operational procedures to maximize the efficiency and reduce the error chance. This included but not limited to; developing staff KPIs, SOPs, monthly inventory reporting parameters etc.
• Developed a fully automated warehouse inventory management system (MS Excel) using macros, advanced filters, lookups, logical and conditional functions etc. This was a required to overcome the sales orders data entries lag in ERP system.
• Acquire, re-organize and share the accurate data of all the materials; a) In Hand b) under Production and c) in transit, with sales deptt, custom clearing agent, ERP asst. and store keeper to take necessary action at different stages of supply chain/ order fulfillment.
• Preparing analytical reports of fast moving items, sluggish stock qtys, promotional items etc. for sales deptt to improve inventory turnover and increase sales.
• Inventory replenishment planning using historical sales data and sales forecast based upon category analysis. Continuous reviewing of inventory reports to monitor sales trends vs stock in hand and subsequently raising purchase orders to supplier to avoid back ordering. Follow-up of materials with suppliers/shippers.
• Managing logistics of all inbound and outbound shipments within UAE as well as GCC countries, using different modes of shipments. Very well experienced in shipping, customs clearance matters, logistic costing etc.
• Preparing the budget and reporting of warehouse expenses i.e. outbound logistics and other operational expense to finance and management.
• Enforced safety protocols compliance and best practices in warehouse to make it a safe, efficient and learning work place
• Supervised cycle of order fulfillment by assigning duties and gauging workload of warehouse associates. Upheld the accuracy and efficiency to achieve 99% on time delivery rate.
• Developed reporting system and procedures, Warehouse annual budget and took administrative measures to increase the overall warehouse productivity and effectiveness.
• Reduced outbound transportation cost by negotiating new carrier contracts and reworking on transportation strategies.
• Reorganized the production process (paper sheeting) to achieve total quality and maximum utility.
• Conducted periodic stock counts with internal audit department to maintain accurate inventory both in books and physical, with 0% variance and damage.
• Ensured compliance with the SOPs developed by management, HSE and other government agencies standards
• Successfully imported at least 100 FCL shipments (footwear & apparel) under different payment and incoterms with high cost-effectivity. Gained extensive exposure of liaising with shipping agencies, customs and port authorities.
• Strategic engagement of freight forwarders and local carriers to achieve optimum supply chain cost.
• Continuous research and reporting to senior management regarding revisions in custom laws and import SROs. Made sure that such changes do not cause hindrance in upstream supply chain.
• Established company’s central warehouse on an area of 100, 000 Sq. ft. by designing and deploying the layout plan to efficiently handle the inventory of 600, 000 Pcs of more than 2, 000 SKUs on average.
• Formulated and implemented the warehouse SOPs to support the overall warehouse productivity.
• Planned and executed overall logistics mix i.e. information flow, warehousing, inventory control, packaging and transportation to a network of at least 10 flagship stores.
• Data management of the warehouse merchandise in WMS.
• Built and trained a team of at least 25 warehouse associates and 4 store supervisors.
• Preparation and placement of order to manufacturers.
• Coordinating with supplier and account s department for opening of LC till its retiring from the bank.

• To help assist them in product finding, guiding them about product features and suggesting alternatives.
• Handling CC payment queries and escalating critical matters to supervisor.
• Contributed in the revenue by closing at least 100 sales of houses and plots by determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
