Assist the PD in running the programs. Liaise with all disciplines Managers to ensure effective communication on project matters. Manage & supervise construction works. Capability to prepare ROM up to SAR50 billion. Support & advice management when required.
Support in the preparation & review of the: PEP & CMP with the necessary processes and flow chart, the PQQ & RFP, strategies, procurement methodology, standards & tools, deliverables requirements if follow project specifications, contract documents, government codes, laws, & regulations. Recommend & verify bidders’ qualifications. Apply analytical, project management & technical skills. Apply change control & configuration management processes. Contribute to the resolution of technical issues during the project lifecycle. Take a proactive role in assessing, & evaluating project management processes, sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities, & providing advice to help improve processes and procedures. Adopt & apply appropriate quality strategies standards.
Advise on the sufficiency of the design & information supplied, identify & outstanding or conflicting design issues. Review & approval of technical documents submitted to the Client by the Consultants and Contractors or any other 3rd parties using CRS. Monitor: the Project deliverables meet with the agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each stage of the project, overall progress, use of resources, initiating corrective actions where necessary. Monitor overall project stakeholder relationships & plans for engaging stakeholders.
Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments. Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be necessary or required by the Client. Provide coaching & training for employees & interns. Ensure compatibility of the newly hired talent.
Lead the management of the MBCC project for the Saudi Monetary Bank SAMA in Dammam. A 360K SAR project. From the MEP & automation equipment installation, the finishing & fit‑out, to the project handing over during the COVID time. Acted as the company representative in front of all stakeholders & authorities and during the coordination meeting. Ensured the project completion & deliverables submission on time in compliance with quality, specifications and contract documents, government codes, laws, and regulations.
Lead all the functions: Commercial, Procurement, Reporting, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Change, QHSE, Stakeholders, Construction, and Design. Lead negotiations & solve all technical problems and propose alternative better solutions. Follow up on the progress daily with the team. Suggest improvement where needed.
Lead the overall day‑to‑day company operation & management. Act as the business owner when needed & in remote locations. Manages & works directly with all clients, stakeholders, authorities & projects. Ensure all the project completion & deliverables submission on time, handing over to closure to fall within the applicable allocated scope and in compliance with quality, specifications and contract documents, and regulations. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Assign responsibilities, and guidelines and monitor the progress of projects as per set deadlines. Track performance, to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals. Lead presentations with top clients and validate PQQ & RFP answers. Do restructuring, and recover, give recommendations & improvement where needed.
Lead and manage all functions related to Commercial, Tendering, Process, Procurement, Reporting, Meeting, Schedule, Budgeting, Cost & Cost Saving, Invoicing, Analysis, Changes, QHSE, Stakeholders, Authorities, Construction, and Design, fit‑out, and FF&E.
