Production Manager:
Planning, organizing, directing and managing all manufacturing and maintenance operations, and the effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve the company’s goals, and working to ensure product standards through the implementation of manufacturing strategies and work plans, and working to reduce costs as needed, with the need to use modern and new technologies and train workers on them Contributing to the continuous improvement of the product to achieve the interests and objectives of the company.
Roles and responsibilities:
1- Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing and maintenance process that ensures the most effective return on assets.
2- Preparing initiative plans and operations that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to achieving the company's interests.
3- Effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials, in order to achieve the planned return.
4- Achieve production targets and schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed customer expectations.
5- Work to reduce costs as needed and in a manner that does not harm the interests and objectives of the company.
6- Working on the use of advanced technologies to serve the work and the product.
7- Work to improve the use of labor within the factory, and work to keep it stable in order to achieve the required return to achieve the interests of the company.
8- Work to establish management practices in all corners of the factory.
9- Working to give confidence to workers and their participation in construction, work and production processes.
10- Maintaining and encouraging individual skills and working to develop and develop them.
11- Full knowledge of the requirements of clients and customers through the Marketing Directorate of the group.
12- Supervising equipment and devices constantly to work on raising the production capacity of the factory, and developing advanced plans to increase production in accordance with quality standards.
13- Approve purchase requests before submitting them to the Director General.
14- Submitting reports and developing plans in cooperation with the work team in the factory.
15- Technical and administrative supervision of subordinates, follow-up evaluation of their performance and achievements, and review of proposals for training programs to raise the level of their knowledge and develop their capabilities.
16- Emphasis on the application and development of occupational safety and health procedures, securing their requirements, and approving rescue, evacuation and first aid plans in cooperation with the Quality, Safety and Occupational Health Department.
17- Determining the volume of work and employment, determining the needs of equipment and necessary human resources, and forecasting future needs.
18- Adopting production plans and programs, and ensuring that the product conforms to international standards.
19 - Coordination with the concerned departments to secure raw materials.
20- Adopting the necessary training needs for the factory workers.
21- Supervising the rehabilitation of the production line, and ensuring the stability of the specifications of the finished product.
22- Approval of the periodic work plan from the stores to determine the required quantities of raw materials.
23- Emphasis on examining the received raw materials, and ensuring their conformity with the specifications.
24- Preparing reports and submitting them to senior management.
25- Receiving weekly reports from all directorates and departments of the factory, discussing them with them, and giving appropriate instructions, orders and directives that ensure the proper functioning of the factory.

Manage the plant operation and staff to deliver results and continuously improve conversion cost, develop the team skills and create optimized environment of work in compliance with standards.
• Analyzed the plant process based on historical data and questionnaire results which led to the identification of the weak points in the system.
• Applied new Refinery and tow packaging line that helped in the study of a new project.
• Participated in the Electronic Requisition system development.
• Automated the Planning which resulted in shorter preparation time and less waste.
• Developed an optimization model for to minimize the waste which saved 50% of the unnecessary material waste and more than 90% of the planning time.

• Select the latest manufacturing, packaging and packaging methods
• Managed maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of 200 mechanical Equipment including compressors, pumps, cooling towers & piping.
• Supervised the start up and operation of the plant and trained 20 operator on operation of plant.
• Prepared and managed an annual spare parts & raw material budget of $5, 000, 000 for 6000 items.
• Increased technicians’ motivation by redesigning the workshop layout, improving workshop facilities and application of QCC (Quality Control Circles).
• Saved $250, 000 loss of production by modifying the cold refine process
• Decreased equipment failure and spare parts consumption by application TPM system
• Worked as a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) coordinator for the Refinery & packaging section.
• Increased the utilization of manpower by having a monthly & annual plan, good preparation and storage of spare parts and monthly training of technicians.
• Achieved zero sudden stoppage and less than 2 injuries per year.
