To preside ove the annual and monthly sales meetings and monitor the individual achievements. To prepare the annual budget and respective targets. To prepare the strategies and monitor the implementation in order to achieve the required cumulative goal. To administer guide and motivate the sales personnel in the branches to increase the sales and maintain a professional quality standards of services. To promote and control the exports to more than 27 countries in europe, africa and asia. Countries exposed :- Saudi Arabia (All major cities), U.A.E, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, Kuwait, Morocco, Ghana, BurkinaFaso, Algeria, Libya, Syria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, Pakistan, India, Hungary, France, U.K & Ireland. EXCELLENCE :-
• Boosted the export sales from 2 countries to more than 15 countries in a period of one year.
• Increased the architectural glass sales by 24% in the first year.
• Generated a new businesses with the banks mainly for Al-rajhi Bank an Al-Inma Bank.
• Started a new streamlined business with public transport companies viz. SAPTCO (KSA), KPTC(Kuwait), CITYBUS (Kuwait), MOWASALAT (Qatar) and many many other countries.
• Retrieved the majority of the bad debts with the company clients.
