● preparation of ID cards & processing of visa & passport renewal
● Making of monthly duty Roster
● Submitting monthly report ( Purchase)
● Tracking company owned vehicle (Service and registration renewal) & assigning transportation

● Maintaining campaign records
● Making Yearly service Plan for VDL Bus
● Taking kilometer reading
● Store keeping ( distribution of parts to technicians and other workshops )
● Arranging and filing all soft and hard documents
