Report Development & Analytics - Designed and deployed OTBI reports and dashboards across HCM, Finance, and SCM modules. - Created BIP reports with embedded calculations using Excel and RTF templates. ? As part of their lifecycle safety initiative, they rely heavily on Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to enhance HR and operational efficiency. This project involved the design, development, and customization of Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, delivering reliable data management, user-focused customizations, and secure access protocols. Data Migration and Configuration - Utilized HCM Data Loader (HDL) to perform large-scale configuration uploads, streamlining onboarding for employees, benefits setup, and payroll definitions. - Automated HDL processes using Web Services, eliminating manual intervention and ensuring consistent data integration across modules. - Thoroughly identified, troubleshot, and resolved migration errors, leveraging analysis skills and systemic debugging techniques to support smooth cutover phases. ??
