•Lead for detailed engineering for Fuel gas system, Fuel oil system and Nitrogen unit
•Checking of Design basis, PFDs, PIDs, and Equipment data sheets •Thermal design of heat exchangers.
•Review of Instrument data sheets, Mechanical data sheets / drawings and Requisitions
•Checking of Fire and safety deliverables.
•Preparation of Techno Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR) and Detailed Project report (DPR).
•Process simulation, preparation and review of PFDs, PIDs, and Isometrics.
•Preparation and review of Equipment data sheets, Instrument data sheets and Logic diagrams.
•Design, Simulation and Rating of Heat exchangers using Aspen HTFS+.
•Design of Distillation columns, Safety relief valves, Flares and NPSH calculation.
•Checking of detailed engineering of Fired heater.
•Preparation and checking of Operation manuals.
•Preparation of Technical Procurement Specification (TPS) for Relief valves, Catalyst, Ceramic balls and Tower packings.
•Exposure to operation of Ammonia plant, Petrochemical plant, Complex fertilizer Plant, Sulphuric acid plant and Ammonium sulphate plant.
I have completed my B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from T.K.M College of Engineering. During the course I have completed a Project on " Design and Scale-up of Chemical Reactor " at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre. I have also undergone a training at Kochi Refineries Limited for a period of One month during the course.
