As an IT Engineer, I cover all the IT related works from user support to IT Management. Being the only IT staff in company’s IT department I made it sure that companies operations are smoothly depending on IT services, like communication service, Data service, Hardware service.

Configuring administrating and fine-tuning company’s Domain server (ADDS, DNS, DHCP)
Supporting domain users as well as standalone users with user related issues.
Configuring administrating and fine-tuning company’s E-Mail server.
Attending E-mail related issues of employees.
Backing up E-mail database frequently.
Administrating and supporting Companies ERP server, running Advac ERP solution software.
Configuring and Administrating Biometric TA systems.
Configuring and Administrating CCTV System.
Installing Operating System Updates, Patches, Service Packs and other productive software based on Company’s IT policy.
Giving Trainings to employees, on software and hardware usage.
Troubleshoot problems related the Biometric devices, CCTV system, AN & WAN.
Troubleshoot various critical problems related to network, virus attacks and unnecessary traffic.
Maintaining backup/recovery procedures.
Install & Configure and Maintenance of all types of Local and Centralized Printers.
Remote Administration using Web Ex, VNC and Dam ware, Anydesk, Chromedesk, & Windows RDP.
Installing and configuring Network Switches and Access points.
Creating and maintaining VPN to remote site, employing dynamic DNS feature reducing cost to Company.
Supervising and coordinating IT networking jobs.
Installing and configuring Network Switches, Access points and Firewall devices.
Administrating and maintaining Evolis Card printer and Cardpresso software.
The Passport Seva Project (PSP) is a mission mode project under the National e-Governance plan. This flagship project of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is being executed in PPP mode with TCS as the technology and operations partner. Passport Seva has brought in an innovative approach to delivering Passport and related services to the citizens of India. It has expanded the network for passport services and ensures passport service delivery in a timely, secure and transparent manner.
Roles & Responsibilities
Installing of IBM X-Series 3550 Server, Nortel Secure Router 1004, Nortel IP Phone, Nortel Segment Switch (for physically separate Partitions) - 24 port Nortel Ethernet Routing Switch 4524GT, Nortel Segment Switch (for physically separate Partitions) - 48 port Ethernet Routing Switch 4548GT.
Install new systems/hardware, Application/ Tool installation / Un-installation.
Troubleshooting Hardware & Networking issues. Proper management of the calls logged in the Helpdesk, their proper tracking till closure and improving upon the SLA.
Provide technical assistance to the users, Problem identification, resolution, and root cause analysis. Interacting with users on a regular basis and coordinating with the team to track incidents to closure.
Maintain complete Physical Inventory Record / Vendor equipment and list of
equipment with AMC / Warranty Status and Maintain Technical database.
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
Answer users’ inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
Administrating Domain (Active directory running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Machine).
Administrating DHCP Server.
Administrating WSUS Server.
Periodic backing up of user profile and Data.
Administrating Network devices.
Administrating Wireless hotspot which provided wireless internet connectivity to users.
Co-ordinate with DC/DRC/NOC IT Operations Team at TCS for any issue, process and other compliance.
Resolve IT issues to ensure continuity of services as per SLAs
Responsible for IT process and SLA compliances at the Distributed site
Install, configure and test system hardware, peripherals and networking equipment
Installation of Operating System and related software ( SOE ) and send installation report to Regional manager
Troubleshooting of hardware and network related problems at sites
Engage actively with the customers to ensure a positive and conducive service delivery environment
Monitor and Resolve Issue of Server, PC ( Windows and Linux ) and attached peripheral devices
Monitor and Resolve Issues of N/W and Links
Coordinate with vendors to solve issues in the hardware devices
Ensure Anti-Virus updates are being done regularly.
Being a member of IT-Support team, provides excellent service to Clients

Training the IT department of the Client Company with the Device and its software.
