• Master of Computer Science with over 12+Years of Experience in Project Management, Application Development, Operations, Team building, in IT and Telecom Domain with comprehensive skill set in Project Management.

• Proficiency towards addressing key risks and issues, action tracking, escalation of key issues, Preparing KPIs for Processes and Reporting (Status Reporting, Dashboard etc).
• Experience in supervising and executing projects in accordance to PM Plan from Initiating Project Process through planning, executing and managing, monitoring and controlling and closing the project as per PMBOK Guidelines.

As a project leader in ACES my Job is to ensure that the projects run in a smooth manner by coordinating with the Development team, Clients and other stakeholders. Keep track of project status so that it is completed on schedule and within the defined scope. Manage all the IT projects and contribute to organizational policy with regard to quality standards and strategic planning.
