Training included a combination of verbal, practical lessons and teaching practices to include weekly exercise action, all training adhering with Human rights.
•Completion of daily quality assurance and quality control inspections project wide with detailed audit reports submissions with findings and corrective actions required.
•Regular compliance checks, conducted at site locations, mobile security teams and operational management. All non-compliance findings are highlighted and reported immediately on the ground for rectification with detailed audit reports, corrective action points and closed out points for reference. Also conducting frequent and on-going gap analysis throughout the Crescent project.
•A continual and ongoing process of mentoring all security personnel at Crescent site locations whilst providing specific logistical and maintenance support to the security provider, enabling them to conduct their duties effectively, assisting with all other Security requirements whilst supplying senior Crescent management with ground truth and normal daily routine.
•Provide constant liaison at tactical operational levels with all rig site locations, both with the security provider and the OPF, forming good integration at a strategic levels

on the HKN project from March 2014, responsible for operations, with multiple security teams across northern Iraq, multiple rig site locations with responsibility for the planning and execution of project expansion through continued roll-out of new site locations within the block.

•Overall responsibility for OPF interaction with client site locations - Liaison and training support.
