Directing a team of 5 volunteers in the creation of digital badges that are grounded in ISTE standards when possible. Other specific responsibilities assumed include graphic design of digital badges, marketing the relevance of the badge concept to TESOL Arabia members, researching current best practices in the use of open digital badges, training others in all aspects of the badge ecosystem design
(b) implementation of an online PD tutorials program
Overseeing a team of 7 volunteers in the creation of online, self directed tutorials with the purpose of promoting PD for EFL instructors in all corners of the Arab World.
