Responsibilities: Supervised all activities involved in opening of the invasive and non invasive cardiovascular services, diagnostic imaging, and outpatient breast imaging departments of a 52-bed community hospital. Managed daily operations and coordinated resources to efectively meet productivity, quality, safety, and service expectations. Implemented processes to ensure regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and financial performance. Collaborated with peers to float staf between facilities for coverage and training. Developed and maintained collaborative working relationships with physicians, vendors, and staf to enhance satisfaction, increase volume, improve eficiency, and financial performance.
Accomplishments:
• Installed, licensed, and coordinated training for all imaging modalities
• Recruited, selected, and onboarded 45 nurses and technologists
• Achieved successful surveys by ADHS, Bureau of Radiation Control, and the Joint Commission.
Former department director hired to open facility and supervisor cardiovascular, radiology, and women's imaging services. Successfully supervised the installation of all medial imaging equipment, hired all medical imaging personnel, and obtained all required regulatory certifications and licenses.
Currently working as CT/Radiologic Technologist in the department.
