• Installation of integrated business software solutions that combines invoicing, purchasing, stock control, Point of Sale, Accounting and Payroll in different sales outlets;
• Supply computer hardwares, printers, scanners, UPS, routers, network cables and switches;
• Assist in planning and implementing modifications to technical infrastructure;
• Repair and upgrade of existing equipment;
• Install computer hardwares, Windows-based operating systems and applications;
• Diagnose and solve hardwares and softwares problems that system users cannot fix on their own such as problems with the printers or a computer that freezes repeatedly;
• Provide support for computer information systems, databases and applications;
• Perform complex troubleshooting for various applications;
• Serve as team leader in project dealing with planning, specification, design, development implementations and maintenance of simple computer applications systems;
• Perform installation of new hardware, software, maintenance of computer applications systems in user offices;
• Provide assistance and training to staff with IT related issues;
• Provide support on computer applications systems development matters including setting up security policies for users (e.g. firewalls and intrusion detection systems), data backup and recovery;
• Ensure that virus protection software is up-to-date and cleans any virus that infects personal computers, laptops and servers;
• Design and develop computer application systems and programs;
• Perform managerial and supervisory roles.
