1. Expertise in handling and maintaining complete books of accounts independently including cash, bank, customer-vendor ledgers, receivables and payables, sales, purchases, inventory and expense book.
2. Consolidation and Reconciliation of Inter Company Accounts.
3. Finalization of Accounts & Auditing as per IFRS.
4. Supervise journal vouchers, cash and payment statement and stock report of material.
5. Provide analytical view on cost control; determine deviations and suggest improvements.
6. Directly supervising a team of 3 accountants in the Office and giving support and guidance for the monthly, quarterly reports and other assistance as and when required.
7. Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
8. Invoice verification as per contract and account reconciliation.
9. Preparation of Management Reports - cash flow, sales analysis report, cost analysis report, stock movement report, income statement, Creditors aging, forecasts etc.
10. Disbursement Account Checking and submitting to the client.
11. LC Documentation; Knowledge of import and Export LC Documentation and Handling Bank Guaranties.
12. Proper and accurate checking of balance available for LC issue, Trust Receipt loan, comparing it with the bank.
13. Coordinate with procurement department, monitoring LPO, invoices etc.
14. Manual and computerized accounting from vouching to finalization, monitoring bank transactions, reconciliation of bank, suppliers, customers and vendors.
15. Preparation of VAT documentations.

Responsibilities
1. Journal entry posting, Reconciliation of Bank, General ledger, Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
2. LC Documentation; Knowledge of import and Export LC Documentation and Handling Bank Guaranties.
3. Proper and accurate checking of balance available for LC issue, Trust Receipt loan, comparing it with the bank.
4. Carried out daily accounting works including data entry to respective books of accounts.
5. Generated monthly reports and other reports requested by the management from time to time.
6. Reconciled inventory with the physical stocks and prepared discrepancy reports.
7. Coordinate with procurement department, monitoring LPO, invoices etc.
8. Recording of Daily transactions (Receipts, payments, Sales and Purchase).
9. Preparation of daily food and non-food costs.
10. Monthly stock taking and checking the bin cards and stores ledgers.
11. Ascertaining the different location costs and giving the instructions to Store Keepers.
12. Reporting the Sales & Food Cost Percentage to reduce the cost.
13. Financial Reports (Receivables, Payables etc.).
14. Preparation of Outstanding Statements and follow up (Receivable and payables).
15. Preparation of Salary and Transfer.
16. Online banking and Bank Reconciliation.
17. Analysis and reporting of unused or non-profitable funds.
18. Preparation of General Ledger.
