• Successful recruitment of 3 additional Airtel Distributors to engage in the business of distribution of Airtel Products-Alpay(K)Ltd(Gilgil), Jamara Swinger Ltd(Nyahururu-Ndaragua), Ryan Telecom(Olkalou-Miharati)
• Streamlined distribution of airtime and kits, thus growing our achievement over the previous financial year at 15%, 5% above the industry growth of 10%.
• Recruitment and Training of Distributor sales representatives to engage in the business of availing airtime and Kits at the retail level.
• Above average performance by Jamara Swinger Ltd-distributor who won a trip to Dubai having topped in Class B distributors Feb 2011, this was possible through high levels of engagement.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement assigned action plans aimed at achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Co-ordinate the distribution of Airtel products within territory to ensure continuous availability
• Manage the distribution of branding and promotion materials to enhance visibility and build consumer/dealer loyalty within the territory

• Monitor competitor activity within the region and reports with recommendations for action.
• Support the dealer/partner in developing action plans geared towards the achievement of the agreed targets

ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Excellent execution of visibility projects within Nyahururu territory.
• Systematic development of distribution of airtime and kits, thus growing our achievement of target at an average rate of 90% per month on target.
• Increased off take of Zain kits activations by implementing an efficient route to market plan of dealer sales agents.
• Organized Below the line activities to popularize the Zain offer-Jikonnect which positively influenced airtime and kits sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Continuously promote Zain's products and services with a view to increase subscriber numbers and achieve revenue targets
• Mobilize dealer staff to participate in the implementation of various projects
• Identify requirements for trade promotions and recommends to the Regional Manager.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Successfully launched and marketed Kane extra classic and special 205ml at Nakumatt and Uchumi which has continually contributed to UDV volume sales.
• Successfully launched and marketed Tusker 500ml can at Uchumi, Chandarana, Innscor, Ukwala and Woolmatt supermarkets respectively. This has greatly contributed to volume sales.
• Extensive involvement managing client relationships at all levels.
