Duties:
1. MTN Regional Progress meetings
2. MTN HO Required meetings
3. Required Local Authority or Landlord Related meetings
4. Approve the Site Plan/ Drawings, thus confirming what was surveyed is documented.
5. At all times be notified of changes to an Approved Low-Level Design (LLD or FLLD)
6. Be invited to a Site Kick Off Meeting. (i.e. A Vendor has an executable project, and arranges contractors to understand the scope on site, when pegging and marking takes place.)
7. Ensure a Valid Wayleave is on Site. Engineering Drawings
8. Record information of the project progress as per the associated projects Scope of Work (SOW)
This information must complement the contractual requirements, so MTN can accept an installation, and the project office can accept an invoice for it to be paid based, on the actuals delivered.
9. Ensure the following is applied on site.
a. Health and Safety Officer, Register and all applicable H&S signage and personal protective equipment (PPE)
b. A Sub-contractor has the appropriate latest Installation Specification
c. A Sub-contractor has the appropriate latest Version of the Approved LLD /TSSAC
d. A Sub-contractor has the appropriate tools
e. A Site Diary exists and is utilized.
f. Ensure a Copy of the Approved Wayleave / LLD is on site.
10. Perform all inspection points as per the associated projects Scope Of Work (SOW) to be able to approve a Civils Acceptance Certificate (PAC)
11. Ensure MTN Approved Products are installed.
12. Create Site Observations, wrt to Vendor and Sub contractor negligence.
13. Approve Site Deviation Requests. i.e. deviation to specifications example engineering difficulties wrt services or hard rock scenarios.
14. Perform all inspection points as per the associated projects Scope Of Work (SOW) to be able to approve a PAC / ATP Acceptance / Managed Service (MS) Hand Over
15. Ensure Planned Work Refs are obtained for any Mod Swops, dormant pending an access Network cut In cut in etc.
16. Accept the AS Build/C-Module Document
17. Accept the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) i.e. Perform a Final Handover to Managed Service (MS)
CANNON Fiber roll -out
Duties:
• Manage site roll out across the project in the Eastern Cape as per Ericsson processes, methods and tools
• Coordinate the installation, acceptance, integration resource and planning with Line manager and service provider
• Assure the customer approves and accepts completions, provide program management the status verification and acceptance to the scope of work
• Plan and manage site surveys, quality assurance, safety guidelines enforcement, logistic on equipment deliveries
• Ensure and manage the contractors work in accordance with timeline, quality and health and safety conformance
• Procedures and protocol and local laws
• Update program management on progress, status and acceptance project, scope of work, project plan and deliverables stored on site handler and project library
• Assign , prioritise monitoring, driving to realisation of daily, weekly, monthly delivery run rates as per contractual commitments of this project, control of implementation spends in alignment with budget
• Manage contractors working for Ericsson on network rollout is on track , site surveys, equipment, logistics

Duties:
• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
• Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
Manage and Decommission telecommunication infrastructure
Prepare Fall Protection plan and assess and inspect equipment
Manage all telecommunication and electrical work on site
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Support Regions on Power solutions.
Building of Solar sites Construction and electrical

BTS swap outs from ERICSSON to Huawei equipment.

Support on all electrical issues.
LTE installations; loading and writing script file
Installations of Neteco Server and set up.
Monitoring off solar and wind performance.
Installations of Rectifiers.
Installations of RF antennas etc.
Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and members of the public
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Ensure EHS is implemented and maintained on site
Manage Customer expectations on site
