(Hanan Tissue Manufacturers) Position: Production Controller and Invoicing. Duties:
• Counterchecking the entries made in production books & confirm they correctly represent what is done on the production floor
• Update various production planning sheets with the correct daily outputs & consumptions & ensure these always reflect the correct position of what is done on the production floor.
• Generate respective material requisitions & liaise with inventory for timely raw material issuance to production.
• Ensure all outputs for the respective work orders are transacted in SAP system and all material consumptions are done
• Reporting to the Production Controls Manager.
• Assisting the Production Controls Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and time sheets.
• Receiving Local Purchase Orders and making arrangements for deliveries.
• Invoicing products sold to private label clients and main distributor.
• Ensuring availability of enough stock in liaise with the warehouse manager for the clients orders received.

Position: Procurement Officer Duties:
• Overseeing overall duties in the stores
• Overseeing proper record keeping of stores ledger books
• Ordering for school necessities (requirements)
• Processing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs and LSOs.)
• Secretary to the tendering committee of the school
• Maintaining good relationship with all the suppliers.

Position: Purchasing Officer/Storekeeper Duties:
• Processing Local Purchase Orders
• Issuing goods requested by user departments
• Maintaining tidiness in the stores
• Issuing a purchase request to the purchasing officer for any item which has reached re-order level
• Carrying out monthly stock taking
• Arranging the goods received by the receiving clerk in the store

Stores) Duties:
• Confirming quantities of goods delivered by the suppliers.
• Ensuring that the goods delivered by the suppliers are of the right quality ordered by the purchasing officer.
• Ensuring that stores are kept clean to keep goods safe and no damage can occur.
• Receipt and issuing of stock to user department
• Processing the local purchase orders to be approved by the duly signatories

Duties:
• Ensuring that the imported goods are cleared in time to reduce the charges incurred at the Port/CFS (Container Freight Station).
• Making sure that the goods imported reaches the importer at exact place and time where they are needed.
