Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide daily & weekly report to the project manager regarding the project.
Controlling& managing sub-contractors, suppliers, etc…
Responsible for monitoring evaluations and assessments to all subcontractor’s works.
Provide quantity take off for the project.
Regular monitoring of the project.
Assisting to foreman to ensure the worked are correctly done.
Prepare quantity according to the sub-contractors works.
Assigning and implementing daily manpower schedule and equipment activities.
Inspect all the works if it is done properly according to the approved drawing.
Regular monitoring of the project.
Provide progress report to the project manager.
Maintain safety inside the work premises.
Maintain cleanliness of the project.
