• In charge of the full automation, implementation and development of central ERP system throughout expanding its data base, ensure applying the company policies and procedures, create analytical tools to generate desired reports.
• Taken a key role in establishing centralized fully fledged HR Department and supporting the entire group business activities through clear HR business plan.
• Taken a key role in implementing the grading structure across the group and defining benefits to each grades.
• Developed the tool of succession planning and also implemented it to key positions.
• Supported the business operations through HR strategies, employee engagements, town halls.
• Advising the management & operations in reduction of manpower cost by analyzing the operations cycle.
• In-charge of maintaining the accurate data in the HRMS system in order to update the HR personnel’s data base.
• Managing the standard HR & administration functions within the companies of group and conduct periodical audits to ensure its appropriate implementation throughout the group.
• In-charge of the centralized Compensation & Benefits, leave salaries and annual leave ticket management.
• Monitoring all HR functions ensuring they are running based on the local labor law and according to set standards/KPI along with conducing the periodical HR Audit of each companies of the group.
• Involved in continues development of HRMS system and enhancing its functionalities to get the standard outcome and various reports that help the management to understand the current work force and to decide upon various matter related to the employees.
• In-charge of the centralized Wage & Salary Administration, Payroll process, management & supervision. WPS implementation within the group companies. (Manpower strength of 1, 100 staff).
• Involved in many market study to support the management decision concerning the telecommunications.
• Responsible for administration and negotiation of group life and medical insurance.
• Contributed in reviewing and standardizing the job descriptions across all levels of positions across all companies of the group to construct an accurate scope of their duties and required skills for each positions.
• Centralized and standardized the performance management of the group companies. Responsible for annual performance reviews for the company. Work with Department Heads on appraisals and salary increases.
• Provided various analytical reports to the senior management to help taking appropriate actions and decisions.
• Support the HR-BP’s of the group companies in their operational and administrative work.
• Supervising the adherence of company’s policies, procedures and delegation of authorities manual.
• Supporting the management and HR personnel’s in the development of the HR policies and procedures of the group within the main guidelines of the applied labor law of the related region.
• Preparing the HR department's annual staff cost budget and business plan for implementing projects accordingly.
• Ensuring timely recruitment of required staff considering the quality/level that required for different categories of the business line in order to meet the business needs.
• In charge of implementing & developing the staff attendance software and its reporting tool.
• Coordinated with different departments in streamline the workflow that are related to Human Resources.
• Co-ordinate with Group Vice President - HR for training resources & facilitation and maintaining the training database.
