I was the lead developer and the team successfully delivered multiple dashboards for Vodafone's local markets (Spain/Italy). Working in collaboration of Vodafone local markets and Vodafone group, gathering local market's requirements, and preparing data mapping from the big data platform. Development, deployment and supporting QA activities - Built using PySpark on the Hadoop platform The dashboard provides essential insights - different monthly KPI's, e.g data usage, arpu (average revenue per user), call center calls, N/W issues, churn etc.
