• Prepare Interim Payment Application for Client and recommend to Cost Consultant for approval of payment based on site progress / work done.
• Quantity Take-off from approved drawings, specifications & BOQ preparation.
• Prepare Subcontractor’s Payment Certificates from measurements, documentations, to approval of related department Managers.
• Prepare Engineer Instructions to define project budgets that to be submitted later as Variation Order.
• Prepare Monthly Cost Report for Manpower, PMV, Back charges, Seconded Staff, modified ledger for CVR, etc.
• Control and Monitor of project expenditure including verifying and checking subcontractor’s IPC and Purchase order payments to Suppliers to ensure that all are taken and properly recorded in the cost log.
